At Knoblane.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your options if you are not happy with an order.
1. Returns
- Returns are only available for New Products. Vintage Finds are final sale and are non-returnable.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same new condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain items (e.g., Vintage Finds, digital products, gift cards, final sale items) are non-returnable.

2. How to Request a Return

Contact us at hello@knoblane.com with your order number and reason for the return.

We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost if you've contacted us within 5 days of delivery. Outside of the 5 days of delivery, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Include photos of the damaged item when contacting us — this helps us process your claim faster.
6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, check your payment method account.

Contact your bank or credit card company — it can take additional time for the refund to post.
