Return & Refund Policy for Knoblane.com

At Knoblane.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your options if you are not happy with an order.


1. Returns

  • Returns are only available for New Products. Vintage Finds are final sale and are non-returnable.
  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in the same new condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

    • Certain items (e.g., Vintage Finds, digital products, gift cards, final sale items) are non-returnable.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at hello@knoblane.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost if you've contacted us within 5 days of delivery. Outside of the 5 days of delivery, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

  • Include photos of the damaged item when contacting us — this helps us process your claim faster.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, check your payment method account.

  • Contact your bank or credit card company — it can take additional time for the refund to post.

  • Still not received? Contact hello@knoblane.com and we will help resolve it.


7. Policy Changes

  • Knoblane.com reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time.

  • Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
